AI education and training

Practical, ethics-forward instruction for teams and individual learners. Where AI is discussed, we name the risk and the guardrail in the same breath.

The situation

Your team is already using AI. The question is whether anyone agreed how.

Adoption rarely waits for a policy. Someone pastes a donor list into a chatbot to summarise it, the summary is good, and the practice spreads before anyone has asked where that data went.

A ban does not work and a memo does not stick. What works is teaching people to use the tools well enough that they can see the failure modes themselves. A prompt is a brief. The same rules apply.

What we teach

Four sessions, for a whole team or one person.

MODULE 01

Where AI helps and where it does not

Enough understanding to judge when the tools are worth trusting and when to step in yourself. No technical background needed.

MODULE 02

Getting useful results

Practical habits for getting better answers, practised on your own work so the examples feel familiar.

MODULE 03

Using it responsibly

Clear boundaries around privacy and sensitive information, agreed with your team rather than handed to them.

MODULE 04

Trusting what you get

Simple checks that hold up in a busy week, so quality does not depend on who happened to look at it.

What you walk away with

Shared ground rules everyone had a hand in writing
Practical examples drawn from your own work
A team that uses AI with confidence rather than caution
Reference material people keep after the session ends

Formats

Delivered as a single half-day for a team, as a multi-week cohort where people bring real work back each session, or one to one for individual learners and students.

If the whole process needs redesigning rather than the tools explained, a digital transformation workshop is the better starting point.

Teach the judgement, not the shortcut.

Tell us who is in the room and what they are trying to do. We will propose a format that fits.
